Which formats can I convert?
PDF can become DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, TXT or HTML. Office files, supported images, CAD, OFD and CAJ can become PDF. HTML and Markdown can become PDF or DOCX. The format list updates for your file.
How much does a conversion cost?
Sign in to use the tool. Each successfully converted file costs 2 credits, regardless of the selected format. Failed tasks and empty results do not cost credits.
Can I convert scanned PDFs?
You can submit a scanned PDF, but editable text and accurate table recognition are not guaranteed. Conversion is not a promise of OCR accuracy. Always compare the output with the original.
Can I convert a password-protected PDF?
Enter the opening password after selecting the PDF. Only process files you are authorized to use. An incorrect password causes the task to fail without deducting credits.
Where are my files processed?
Your browser uploads directly to cloud storage, and conversion runs in the cloud. Only upload files you may process and download the result promptly. We do not promise immediate deletion or an unsupported retention period.
What happens if I refresh or lose connection?
Refreshing resets the page. Within the same page, use Check conversion after a network error to query the original task. A new submission replaces the previous unfinished page workflow; it does not resend it automatically.
