Credits Purchases

AirMore AI currently offers credits-based plans only, giving you lifetime-valid credits that work across all tools and features on the platform.

  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases made more than 7 days ago.
  • Within this 7-day period, we will refund the unused credits remaining in your account, calculated based on the unit price at the time of purchase.
  • Example: If you purchased 1,000 credits, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the unused credits.

Eligible Refund Reasons (Within 7 Days)

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Major technical issues that prevent normal use of the service and cannot be resolved by our technical team.
  • The product does not function as described on the website.
  • Duplicate or incorrect purchases caused by system or payment errors.
  • Account activation failures that persist even after contacting our support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
  • Credits that have already been fully used.
  • Requests without a reasonable or verifiable explanation.

How to Apply for a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a support ticket through our official support channel with your order details and a brief explanation.
Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.
